My journey with Mahiti began in the year 2000. The journey so far has been very exciting, with its share of ups and downs, milestones and hurdles. Like every other organisation of our scale, there have been challenges at each step and each of these challenges have led us to come up with unique solutions which have made the journey intriguing and engrossing.

My learnings are derived from working with diverse sectors and it has proved to be a learning curve with every step we take. Since I have handled multiple functions at different points, it has been a very interesting journey for me. My colleagues, clients and vendors who come with different mindsets, give me a reason to sit back and think before making vital decisions. Being in the IT industry, our constant endeavor has been to retain staff which is a big challenge, that makes us constantly strategise and plan to innovate different ways of retention.

Till the year 2010, MySME News was a very impactful project. The Bangladesh IVRS (Integrated Voice Response System) seems to have impacted many lives. In my personal opinion, working with projects which have an impact on the society is highly rewarding and makes the work that we do, feel special and worthwhile.

Mahiti aspires to be one of the leading digital/web application agencies globally. We strive to build products that are socially conscious and impactful. We expect the Mahiti team to enjoy what they do here, and work towards inclusion and sense of ownership. If the team evolves, the company evolves. Equality in the workspace is the essential ingredient to a productive and result oriented approach. We believe in hand holding our clients as and when they require it, for quality management and relationship building. I hope we reach the milestones we endeavour to achieve.
